SHOW BREAKERS FOR DR : DANISH NATIONAL TV
Created for the internal broadcast system of Danish National TV channel DR. They assigned a group of video artists to create show breakers out of their archive material, treating it with a contemporary perspective. I chose to use old news clips, as they are recognizable for DR and have a serious and dry look to them. They gave a fun startingpoint for something colorful and crazy.
The technique is stop-motion animated paper-cuttings on green-screen, layered onto the old film clips.
